Refund Policy
By ordering online you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period by law during which you can claim a refund. If you have already attended your course or photo shoot during this period, this will not apply. If you are cancelling a booking within 24 hours of ordering (whilst not immediately prior to your course), a full refund will be issued.
Any refunds will be credited to the same credit card account that made the original purchase as per this refund policy.
Please be aware that due to the policies of different card providers, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on some cards.
As a matter of course, you will be sent a transaction number to show that your refund has been initiated.
Course / Training Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking please notify us of your intention as soon as possible by either emailing: info@nullmarkesper.com or phoning us on +49 (0)176 6572703. Failure to attend without reasonable prior notification (i.e. 24hrs) is not refundable.
If for whatever circumstances we judge that it is not possible or safe to run a course or a form of training, we will cancel the course / shoot.
Should we need to cancel a course or shoot (for any reason) we will contact you so as to arrange an alternative date or offer you a full refund.
Currencies
Please note that refunds are based on the currency of the original payment. Any loss in conversion rate fees is due to normal market fluctuation and we cannot reimburse you for any loss due to conversion rate differences.
